From programme logic to evidence
We clarify programme objectives, intended beneficiaries and expected outcomes. A Theory of Change or logical framework makes the relationship between activities, outputs, outcomes and longer-term impact explicit, creating a foundation for indicators, targets and data needs.
Monitoring and evaluation systems
We develop M&E frameworks suited to programme scale, context and reporting needs. These may include indicators, data-collection tools, responsibilities, reporting schedules and dashboards.
Baseline, midline and endline assessments
These studies can establish starting conditions, track change over time and assess progress against intended outcomes. Study design depends on evaluation questions, available information, field conditions and appropriate methodology.
Impact assessment, SROI and social audit
Impact assessment examines programme-associated changes and the extent to which intended outcomes have been achieved. Where suitable, social return on investment (SROI) can explore social value in relation to resources invested. Social audits can review processes, accountability and stakeholder experience.
Fieldwork, analysis and reporting
Our process may include stakeholder mapping, surveys, interviews, focus-group discussions, field visits, data-quality checks and quantitative or qualitative analysis. Findings can be translated into reports, management summaries, presentations and dashboards.
Our four-step framework
1. Develop the Theory of Change. 2. Design the M&E framework and data-collection tools. 3. Collect and validate evidence. 4. Analyse findings and report decision-ready recommendations.
