CSR strategy and annual action planning
We support CSR policy review, annual action plans, multi-year roadmaps and programme frameworks, with attention to organisational priorities and relevant statutory requirements. Relevant experience includes a five-year CSR roadmap and framework valued at ₹30 crore-plus for Deshpande Foundation, and long-term CSR roadmap work with R2V2 Technologies.
Section 135, Schedule VII and compliance support
We provide advisory support relating to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, Schedule VII, applicable CSR processes and reporting responsibilities. We help teams understand requirements, identify documentation gaps and organise information for internal review and regulatory reporting. Where a matter requires a formal legal opinion, specialist legal advice should be obtained.
Programme design and implementation support
We support needs assessment, Theory of Change, programme architecture, partner coordination and implementation planning. A flagship example is the ₹140 crore DPR and advisory engagement for Lakshyaa / Ahilya Bai Holkar Museum, which included a five-year plan and Theory of Change.
NGO due diligence and partner strengthening
We review partner readiness, governance, policies, systems, documentation and programme capability, and identify where support may be needed. Relevant work includes NGO partner capacity and due-diligence support associated with ZS Technologies and enhanced compliance support for ten NGO partners in the JK Cement engagement.
Monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment
We develop Theory of Change models, indicators, data-collection tools and M&E frameworks, and support field validation, stakeholder consultation, analysis and impact reporting. The supplied experience includes a Skill in Village impact assessment covering 57,000-plus students.
Training for CSR teams and implementation partners
We design workshops and learning sessions on CSR compliance, programme design, logical frameworks, M&E, documentation and reporting. Previous engagements include CSR and CER capacity building with JK Cement, CSR compliance and LFA training with Tata Autocomp, and programme-design work with IIT Kanpur.
