ESG strategy and reporting readiness

We help organisations clarify reporting needs, review existing information and structure processes for consistent, decision-useful disclosures. This may include advisory related to Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), relevant indicators, data collection and supporting evidence.

Social performance and impact

Social performance can be explored through programme outcomes, stakeholder experience, impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation and—where appropriate—SROI or social audit.

Stakeholder engagement and measurement

We support stakeholder consultations, indicator design, data-collection tools and reporting structures that help teams understand what is being measured, where information comes from and how it can inform decisions.

Capacity building

We offer training and facilitated learning for corporate teams, NGOs, faculty and other stakeholders. The supplied portfolio includes ESG/CSR faculty capacity-building work with IIT Kanpur.
